Women’s College Calcutta in association with Rabinda Bharati
University organized a UGC sponsored seminar on “kothai sure
rabindrasangeet ebong anyanya bangle gaaner dhara”. Apart from the
seminar, the college also celebrated its seventy fifth year on the
occasion. Present at the occasion was Bratya Basu, Minister of higher
education and also an accomplished actor, singer Indrani Sen, Soumitra
Shekhar (University of Dhaka), Suranjan Das (Vice Chancellor, University
of Calcutta) and Sabyasachi Basu Roy Chowdhury(Vice Chancellor,
Rabindra Bharati University).
